The intended image, you just have to go for it. 
Okay, you know those zany colors in my viewport? [link]
What happened is I was working on fire textures for the trees and I removed the original textures. The fire textures weren't set to 100% alpha, so they were transparent to a degree.
As you can see the result is pure awesome, while my fire here: [link] is cool the trees don't show up ( I'll fix it later. I'm supposed to be ON VACATION. ) and I have to say that the surreal neon trees are growing on me. I suspect they'll show up in future projects just because they're one of the mistakes that look really awesome.
The anti aliasing isn't doing me any favors though. *Grumble*
Oh also, there was a third tree in the background of all the other images. It's just shy and doesn't like showing up in the final renders. I keep it there anyway. Shy trees deserve love too.
